I've been through it all! I went from a couch potato who couldn't run a mile without losing my breath to someone who now willingly chooses to run more than 26 miles just for fun. Yes, you read that right β I think marathons are fun! Who knew?

Sure, I talk about carb-loading for races, but let's be real, my favorite carb source is a piping hot pizza. You'll often find me post-race, munching on a slice (or five) and plotting my next adventure.
